Over the last 20 years, my background has been teaching science in secondary schools, many of which were in the inner city. I have managed, nurtured, and motivated young people to help them become their best selves. This experience has shown me how positivity and the right language can empower individuals to solve problems and work towards their goals. However, I wanted to do more, which sparked my interest in psychology and neuroscience. After some research, this led me to practice solution-focused hypnotherapy.
As a mum of two, I understand how life can feel like an endless saga of obstacles and deadlines, often bringing stress and anxiety that push us to our physical and emotional limits.
